I had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially after a rough stay elsewhere earlier this year. The location is peaceful and far less crowded than Puerto Vallarta, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks throughout my stay. However, I found the dining reservations a bit of a hassle and getting to town was costly, especially with the hotel's transportation options.
